How to book our turf

Sutherland’s new Polytan  pitch opened in 2019

Centrally located on Sylvania Road, Miranda, Sutherland Hockey Club’s synthetic playing field has a distinguished pedigree. Opened in 2019, it is the same type of Polytan surface played on at the last two Olympic Games and the 2018 Men’s and Women’s World Cups.

It was used in early 2020 as their training base by the current Olympic and World champion men’s Belgium Red Lions and Belgium’s women’s Red Panthers as they prepared for matches against Australia.

Our world-class facility can be booked for training or games.

Our facilities and ground are centrally located in Sutherland Shire.

Sutho’s main car park and entrance is at73-75 Sylvania Rd South, Miranda NSW 2228,Australia.

Search Sutherland District Hockey Club in Google Maps.

If you become lost and can’t find the ground, try 117A Garnet  Road. Sylvania, Hockey Park. The entrance is signposted. Walk across the grass hockey field towards our Clubhouse and turf.
